Rehabilitation Center
Overview
The Rehabilitation Center works for the recovery from bone and joint diseases such as bone fracture, knee pain, backache and rheumatism, or cerebrovascular disease such as hemiplegia (paralysis of the one side of the body) and central nervous system diseases such as Parkinson's disease, and respiratory diseases including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), bronchial asthma, and postoperative lung cancer.
The Rehabilitation Center has a full-time staff made up of physical therapists that help patients to improve physical capabilities, occupational therapists that help patients perform activities of daily living, and speech therapists who train patients’ voices, eating and deglutition (swallowing). In cooperation with specialist doctors from various clinical departments, we tailor each individual’s rehabilitation to his/ her needs. We also offer visiting rehabilitation services.
