With our attentive nurses, please feel at home until your baby is in your arms.
The ward for obstetrics and gynecology consists mainly of single rooms, and nurses carefully take care of you politely and attentively in comfortable hotel-like surroundings. A special LDR (Labor, Delivery, Recover‚™) room is also available. Experienced midwives and nurses take care of you and guide you with advice about treatment for your new baby, and they also give you care and arrangements for puerperium, breast massage and other necessary arrangements. The new Sanno Hospital has expanded pediatrics department with the most advanced instruments and equipment in the nursery room to cope with emergencies. On the 5th and 6th floor, patient rooms are single rooms. Each room is able to absorb the natural light either from an atrium or from our roof garden, giving you some of nature's tranquility, and all rooms have their own bath and toilet. There are 6 types of rooms. The area of the standard type room is 20m2, and the largest type has a reception and a business room with an area of 70m2. You are able to browse the Internet from your room and also view BS(broadcast satellite), CS(communications satellite), and other cable TV stations. Furthermore, oxygen pipes and aspirating equipment are hidden in the wood-grain-design consol so you do not have to think too much about being sick.

On the top floor of the hospital, we have a spacious restaurant with a beautiful view. There are two private rooms for holding a party or a meeting, e.g. a party in celebration of a childbirth, etc. The restaurant's private room can be reserved on your request.

We have the state-of-art medical technologies for examinations and operations. There are 4 modem operation rooms with artificial air conditioning facilities and anesthetic monitor.
One of the operation rooms is "Class 1000", in which any kind of operation can be performed.
As for medical equipment, there are:
¥ MRI(1.5 tesla) in Japan, for finding and diagnosing cerebrovascular accidents.
¥ CT which has an imaging diagnosis zone with 5.5 mega helical, which can find a minute spot of lung cancer without missing.
¥ Scintillation Camera (examination camera in the field of nuclear medicine),
¥ Angiography
